Fourstones boasts 3 UK based paper machines capable of producing 32,000 tonne’s of paper annually. Our paper isn’t just used by us but is a popular choice for other UK paper convertors.
Our integrated paper production setup grants us excellent control and traceability. With both paper and finished goods manufactured at the same site, our paper production managers collaborate closely with converting operators. This collaborative effort consistently enhances our quality, giving us an edge in delivering superior products to our customers.

FSC® – Currently all of our Recycled paper products uses our very own FSC Recycled 100% paper, whilst our virgin products use only FSC Mix Credit, providing you with reassurance that all our paper is ethically and responsibly sourced.
CHSA – All of our products follow CHSA guidelines to ensure you receive exactly what is on the label.
Food Contact Material – All of our non toilet tissue paper grades are certified as Food Contact Materials, allowing you to safely use them in food environments.

Hydrobond® represents a revolutionary approach to lamination. While most of our competitors who laminate rely on glue for sticking paper together, we’ve pioneered a method primarily using water.
This distinctive technique not only delivers the strength typically associated with glue lamination but also yields a softer sheet preferred by end-users. Most significantly, Hydrobond® plays a crucial role in reducing the influx of glue and other lamination additives into our waterways and ecosystems post-use.
